Floravelle offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date for all products (excluding apparel and accessories). See guidelines for international returns below:

1. International Refund & Return Policy

All international sales are final. In specific cases, partial refunds or replacements may be granted. Contact support at [email protected] within 90 days for return approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing, minus a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo at [email protected] for damaged or incorrect items. We will send a replacement, if available, or issue a refund.
